Will calls be recorded?
Yes. Calls may be recorded for safety and quality purposes. Recordings are securely sent to a specialised email address and stored for as long as that email account or server remains active. Voicemails are handled the same way but are directed to a separate email account.
If you would like a copy of your own call recording, simply email data@jgservicesglos.co.uk and we'll be happy to provide it. In some cases, we may carry out a quick verification check (such as confirming the request from the same phone number used to call us) to ensure we're sharing the data with the right person.
All call recordings are managed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
